For online auctions on the valcom oHG website, our special Terms and Conditions for Online Auctions also apply. Only individuals of legal age and with full legal capacity, a proven commercial background, or legally recognized partnerships acting in the course of their commercial and independent professional activities, as well as legal entities, are entitled to participate in our auctions (both in-person and online).
  2. Private individuals/consumers and business owners with private purchasing intentions are generally excluded from participating as bidders.
  3. Consumer protection laws, including rights of withdrawal, warranty, etc., do not apply. Used items are generally auctioned by us as seen, i.e., in the condition they are in and as they were inspected or could have been inspected, and without any warranty. Items are generally only visually inspected, not tested for functionality.
  4. Descriptions including technical data and all information regarding dimensions, features, etc., are approximate, non-binding, and do not constitute a statement about the condition of the item. We reserve the right to correct printing errors, mistakes, exclusions, third-party rights, and prior sale.
